- Retention: logs are kept only for a short period and then deleted, unless they are needed to investigate a specific security incident, in which case they are kept until the incident has been resolved.
3.2 Contact by email, phone or contact form
When you contact us by email, by phone or through a contact form on the website (where available), we process the data you provide: first name and last name, email address, phone number, organisation and role, city or country, and the content of your message.
- Purpose: to answer your request, send product information, catalogues, technical data sheets or quotations, and manage the resulting business relationship.

- Retention: for as long as necessary to handle your request and any follow-up, and then for no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a contract is concluded or a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Providing these data is voluntary, but without them we cannot reply to you.
3.3 Customers, suppliers and business partners
If a contract is concluded, we process the data of the contact persons of our customers, suppliers and partners to perform the contract, issue invoices and comply with accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). 3.4 Cookies and consent records
The website uses technical cookies and, only with your consent, third-party content that may set cookies. Your consent choices are recorded by the consent tool so that we can respect them and demonstrate that consent was given (Article 6(1)(c) and Article 7(1) GDPR). Details are given in the Cookie Policy.
3.5 Third-party content and services loaded by the website
- Web fonts (Google Fonts): some pages load fonts from servers of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). To deliver the fonts, your browser transmits your IP address and technical browser data to Google. No cookies are set for this purpose. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a uniform and readable presentation of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Accessibility tool (Ally by Elementor): the accessibility toolbar is loaded from servers of Elementor Ltd. (Israel). To deliver the tool, your browser transmits your IP address and technical browser data. The settings you choose in the tool may be stored in your browser. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in making the website accessible to everyone (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- YouTube videos: where videos hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) are embedded, they are blocked by the consent tool and loaded only after you accept the corresponding category or start the video. YouTube may then set cookies and process data about your device and viewing. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
- Maps: the contact details include a link to Google Maps. No data are transmitted to Google until you click the link; Google’s own privacy policy then applies.
