Stretchers Industries OOD is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This accessibility statement applies to the website of the Intelligent Care brand, currently available at https://incare.bg and, in future, at https://incare.bg.

1. Legal framework and standard applied

This is a voluntary accessibility statement. Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) has been transposed in Bulgaria by the Act on the Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services (Закон за изискванията за достъпност на продукти и услуги, State Gazette No. 31 of 2025, in force since 28 June 2025). That act covers specific products and services, such as e-commerce services provided to consumers. This website is an informational website for professional users and does not conclude contracts online; we therefore consider that it is not within the scope of that act.

We nevertheless take as our reference the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, which are the basis of the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 for the accessibility of websites.

2. Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. We are working to remove the remaining barriers.

3. What we do to support accessibility

  • a clear page structure with headings, landmarks and a “skip to content” link;
  • text alternatives for meaningful images;
  • navigation by keyboard;
  • a layout that adapts to different screen sizes and to text zoom;
  • content available in Bulgarian, English and Italian;
  • an accessibility toolbar (Ally), available on every page, which lets you adjust, for example, text size, contrast and the display of links.

4. Known limitations

  • Some PDF documents, such as catalogues and technical data sheets, may not be fully accessible. On request, we will provide the information in an accessible alternative format.
  • Some embedded videos may not have captions or transcripts.
  • Some content provided by third parties may not fully meet the accessibility requirements, and we have limited control over it.
  • Some images, graphics or colour combinations may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria.
